Description
Original aquatint print engraved by C. Bordorf taken from an original drawing by J.J. Meyer. Showing a view of the Buco Perduto tunnel, on the Mala road, taken from the north, in the Canton of Graub?nden in Switzerland.. Johann Jakob Meyer (Meilen / CH 1787 - Zurich 1858), engraver and editor, he was a student of H. Fussli and publishes two beautiful collections of engravings. In 1826 he published an album with 32 views of Valchiavennaand and in 1831 he created a series of 36 views of the Valtellina and the eastern Lario.
