2 Original water colour portraits of possibly Husband and Wife in wood frames, contemporary glass. The chair they are seated on seems similar to both images. 1830s fashion was dramatic and overwhelming, marked by huge sleeves and hats, reflecting the Romantic movement. Extravagant dandies led the fashion world.
