We sell high quality guaranteed original antique maps, prints, books and photographs.

Requesting More Information Before Placing An Order:-

If you wish to obtain more details about an item before placing an order, then please contact us by phone or email and we will normally respond to your enquiry within 1 working day. We are proud of our products and will be delighted to discuss details with you.

The Images:-

We have taken great care to fairly represent and describe all our products. The images are compressed to reduce download times. This compression sometimes alters the colour balance and will degrade the overall image quality. If you wish to see more detailed images, then please contact us and we will send you a better quality image.

The Stock:-

Our guaranteed original stock is constantly changing and we try to keep the web site updated as items sell or are added. Please accept our apologies if a listed item becomes unavailable. Given the unique nature of our products, we cannot guarantee to be able to obtain an identical alternative. If you request an item that is out of stock, then we will inform you typically within 1 working day.

Our Prices:-

Each item has a listed price in UK Pounds sterling. The total order price is converted to your local currency on your credit card statement. For a precise value in your currency, you could use the Xerox on-line currency converter (www.xe.com). Within the EU, antique maps and books are zero rated for VAT, so no tax is payable. You are responsible for the payment of any local taxes and duties for orders placed outside the EU.

Post And Delivery:-

UK dispatches are sent by Royal Mail.
International
dispatches are sent by airmail, if the item is over £50.00 they will be sent "signed-for" airmail.

After The Order:-

Orders are normally sent within 2 days of clearance of payment. We will send you an email when the order is dispatched informing you about the shipping method.

If you requested shipment by FedEx, then we can provide you with a tracking number that you can use to track the progress of the shipment through their web site. We will be pleased to assist in chasing the progress of your order if needed. Please email us when enquiring about order status.

Cancellations or Returns:-

If you wish to cancel the order, we offer a 7 day "no-quibble", money-back guarantee on all our goods. Our guarantee period starts from the day after you receive the goods, not when we dispatch them. Similarly, you can cancel your order at any time prior to shipment, free of charge by contacting us by email or by telephone on 0151-336-2023 (UK) or +44-151-336-2023 (International) quoting the order number and we will provide a confirmation by email that your order has been cancelled.

If you are dissatisfied in any way with your purchase and wish to return the item(s) to us, please email us and we will immediately suspend the transaction and provide a returns number.

Goods must be returned in the original condition, in the original packing (or equivalent). The purchaser will pay for insurance and postage costs incurred from returning the goods. This will be the only cost. When we receive the goods, the purchaser will be reimbursed with the value of the original transaction.We will not accept any goods returned damaged. A confirmation email will then be sent.

Stock:-

Not all our stock is kept on the premises, if you have ordered an item that is not immediately available we will inform you straight away. The stock that you see on the website is only a fraction of our collection, if you are looking for an item that you cannot find, please email us.

We are committed to protecting your privacy and we will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the UK Data Protection Act 1998) and according to industry "best practice".
